Chef Jay Jackson brings a refined culinary prowess to the kitchen of Windows by Jamie Kennedy. For close to twenty years he honed his culinary skills in some of the region’s finest kitchens, including Peller Estates Winery, Oban Inn, and Prince of Wales, before joining Windows by Jamie Kennedy as Executive Sous Chef in 2012. From day one he has been instrumental in developing locally sourced, seasonally based cuisine, which has helped him prepare for his current role as Chef de Cuisine. Chef Jackson’s cooking reflects his personal charisma and charm, as he aims to create specialized dishes that utilize only the finest local and seasonal ingredients.
